Starting at 30 hours per month, your dedicated London-based PA meets you in person at least weekly—at your home, office, or members club. The rest of their time is spent supporting you virtually.

Our rates for Lifestyle Luxe, our hybrid service start from £75.00 + VAT per hour.
We work on a monthly retainer basis, billed in advance.
You’ll know what time you have to spend with your PA and you’ll also have a budget you can plan for.
Our rate stays the same whether we are in person or virtual and we do not charge for any travel expenses if you meet within London.
That’s simply because when your PA travels to meet you for an hour we charge 2 additional hours to account for travel time either side of your meeting.
For example, an in person hour long meeting is billed as a block of 3 hours.
That’s why recommend starting with 30 hours a month as a minimum.
Based on an estimate of x4 hour long in person meetings each month which will use approximately 12 hours, the rest will used virtually.
We are happy to discuss your requirements and come up with a bespoke monthly retainer that makes the most sense for you.

Our minimum monthly retainer is 20 hours a month (£840 + VAT), giving you around an hour a day of support.
Some clients have as much as 60 hours per month.
Each client’s needs are different, so let’s discuss what you need and before long your day to day will feel mentally and physically lighter for having the support.Once you have a set retainer, we can bolt on other specialist support, such as a few hours of bookkeeping a week for your small business, or weekly tech and systems support.

You can always increase or top up if you need to, but the retainer allows you to book guaranteed time with your VA each month.
Specialist Services: Once you have a monthly retainer with us, if you only need a couple of hours a week for book keeping for instance, or someone to help you set up a new CRM, or launch your podcast let’s chat and we can arrange the right person for that too.
Projects and One Offs: If you require a Virtual Assistant for a short while, for a project such as a house move, or supporting a business recruitment drive - we’d be happy to discuss.
We also offer a ‘Hire a VA for the Day’ which is a block of 4 hours of one-off VA support which you can book for a set day, or use over the course of a week - no retainer or on-going commitment needed.

Yes you do, simply because we need to hold four hours of your VA’s availability for a set date.
However if on the day, you and your VA want to push an hour to another day - you can do this in agreement between yourselves.
You will then have a maximum of 7 days to use any remaining hours and any time not utilised will be lost.

We’ll match you with the best VA from our vetted team within 7 days of booking and paying for the service, usually sooner.
If you’re working to a deadline - let us know so we can accommodate it.

We can’t guarantee that the same VA will have availability, but add a note to your booking asking us about it and we’ll do our best.
However if the task is different and another VA has a specialism or is an expert in that area, we’ll match you with the best person for the task - but we’ll chat with you about it first.

Our Process for Matching You With The Perfect VA
1: The Discovery Call
We’ll chat about everything you need support with, by asking a handful of questions about your life or business and I’ll be able to share how our VAs can take those tasks off your plate and lighten your load. Allowing you to focus on the areas of business or life that most need your attention.
2: The Proposal
Then we’ll send you a proposal outlining what we discussed, with a contract and your first invoice to sign and pay before we begin. We bill upfront because we work on a retainer basis of hours, which also means we need to hold that availability from your VA for you every month.
3: The Pairing
Next, you’ll be expertly matched with one of our highly experienced and trustworthy Virtual Assistants, someone who fits you both in terms of support and personality. You’ll then meet them and have your kick off call. There are no fees for our search and match service, it’s all rolled into our hourly rate.
4: Then we are off!
We believe in efficiency and our service is designed to get you started quickly, so you can establish a partnership with your VA that get results faster. Your VA will begin taking things off your plate quickly - giving you precious time and brain space back.

From managing the lives of celebrities and music moguls to serving as EA to the Chairman and CEO of Paperchase. Her background also includes Private PA support to HNWIs (High Net Worth Individuals) and UHNWI (Ultra High Net Worth Individuals) across industries, including music, tech, start ups, finance, and design.
Today, Mel applies her strategic expertise alongside her team to help innovative founders, busy families, and driven entrepreneurs streamline their lives and growing businesses.
At The Lifestyle VA, she leads a team of highly skilled, discreet and adaptable Virtual Assistants (both personal lifestyle and executive assistants) who specialise in helping clients reclaim their time, streamline their daily operations, and achieve more, both professionally and personally.

Our VAs have extensive previous experience as Executive Assistant (EAs) and are simply now enjoying being a Virtual Assistant for our clients .
Therefore because of their depth of experience, they need far less hand holding. They are trained to hit the ground running, they take responsibility and initiative far faster.
An Executive Assistant is usually desk based and employed on a full or p/t basis.With an EA you still have to cover things like payroll tax, National Insurance contributions, pensions, holiday pay and sick pay.
You don’t have any of those costs with a VA, they handle it all themselves. It’s why you’ll spend far less cost wise and time-wise on an elite VA from my team, than a full time high-level employed EA.All you need to do is spend an hour or two a week of your time (especially in the beginning) to get them up to speed with you and your life or business.

Sometimes life happens and we’ll need to change your VA, but it’s very rare. If we get the match wrong, don’t worry, we’ll make it right, so you receive the excellent level of service you deserve.

Billing in advance is a standard practice in our industry.
You are invoiced in advance like a time bank of hours, this allows us to hold your VA’s capacity for the month ahead to make sure you get the consistent and dedicated support you need.

We are SO committed to giving you the best experience, so you can expect your hours (whatever the amount you choose) to be utilised every month.
If for any reason you don’t utilise all of your hours, we will automatically roll over 10% of your non-utilised hours into the following month. -
Yes of course, as long as you give us one month's notice, we’ll do our best to accommodate any changes you may need.
We can increase your hours if your VA has availabilty.

After establishing your priorities and immediate needs on your on-boarding call, your VA will set a weekly call with you.
They’ll discuss which method of communication works best for you, whether that’s a phone call, video call, messages, emails or using a task management system.
Your VA will then discuss how frequently they will be in touch with you, and they log everything within a task system such as Asana, so you can always see the status of the tasks they are working on.

We take your data and confidentiality seriously, and we maintain the highest standards of data security. Your virtual assistant operates under strict confidentiality agreements and adheres to ours and your data protection protocols. We minimise data retention, storing only essential information.

We recommend using encrypted password sharing software, or if you don’t have anything in place we use Lastpass and can help you set it up. No passwords on sticky notes on desks around here.

Yes, we hold Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Cyber Security cover as a business, plus every single one of our Virtual Assistants have Professional Indemnity Insurance and if they are a hybrid VA and meet with you regularly in person they hold Public Liability insurance too.

Of course. All of our VAs have signed an NDA with The Lifestyle VA, but if you’d also like them to sign one with you they would be happy to. Our VAs are all also registered with the ICO.

Yes, if anything we recommend it for our business clients. That way you stay fully on brand and your VA looks to the outside world like they are within your organisation.

There are no hidden fees, and your bank of hours only start being used once you are introduced to your VA. We bill you upfront ahead of your first month or project with us.

If you already use Slack or Teams within your business, you can simply add your VA to it.
